How doES Four Seasons salon and medspa use my personal information?

By entering the FS Salon Medspa Site, you are accepting the collection of Your information. Information like names, email addresses, physical postal addresses, etc. when voluntarily entered by our visitors and customers.

Four Seasons Salon and Medspa, does not give your personal information to any other outside organizations, unless you give us permission to. Each individual has the ability to Give Consent, by Subscribing to our Newsletter and Having your Information be submitted to our Company Mailing List. This information will never be shared to outside organizations, solely used for FS salon and Medspa Newsletter Campaigns.


Four Seasons Salon and Medspa, also uses tracking and Google pixels depending on the information and features throughout the site. This means that based on browser history, customer engagement and tracking Your information can be used to help us understand how you reach our site and through which social platforms or webpages. We do not collect your personal information through cookies, however can only see Specific demographical indicators. Overall your personal information is kept secure, and only authorized agents would have access to your information.

What happens if i need to cancel an appointment at four seasons?

Four Seasons Salon and Medspa does require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you do not provide a 24-hour cancellation we do charge a 20% penalty fee, if there is a reoccurrence in canceling appointments without 24 hour notice, we will ask for a 50% deposit upon booking.

Gift Certificates

How can i obtain a gift certificate or package, what rules apply?

Four Seasons offers the ability to purchase gift certificates directly from our salon, or we offer e-gift certificates which can be sent directly via email to the recipient. We strongly ask that you remember our 24-hour policy, especially with spa packages and Note there is no expiration date on gift certificates, the amount may be used at anytime, solely for services.

*Gift Certificates may not be used towards products - gratuity must be added Separately.
 

Gratuity

How can i add gratuity, or give gratuity to a service provider?

While gratuity is appreciated, Four Seasons Salon and Medspa does not allow gratuity to be processed on credit cards. We do provide an ATM service for your convenience in our FS Salon and Medspa, and cash or checks may be used also for gratuity.

RETURN POLICY

What is the return policy at four seasons?

Four Seasons does offer returns, if a client is unsatisfied with a particular product within 7 days of purchase. Should a customer ever feel unsatisfied with a service, we are happy to address any of your concerns within one week of service provided.

GROUP EVents or Bridal

Does four seasons offer group services, or bridal suites?

Four Seasons Salon and Medpa does offer private room suites which are available on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend requesting the private suite for bridal packages, or group packages among reservation. With any group services or large packages, we require a 50% deposit upon booking.
